Senior Project Manager - MEP

The MEP Senior Project Manager leads the MEP team on site and is accountable for safety, financial performance, and team development. This position involves providing effective leadership, ensuring quality and timely completion of the project, and developing relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience with $50M+ or multiple projects in healthcare, commercial, laboratory, higher education, aviation, mission critical construction
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing experience is strongly desired
• Advanced knowledge of MEP construction principles/practices required
• Experienced dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors
• Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
