McCarthy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transactional Paralegal to support the Legal Department in various regions across the US, with a focus on preparing and managing documentation for construction, corporate, real estate, and financial transactions.

Requirements

• Draft and review contracts and documents related to construction, corporate, real estate, and financial transactions
• Negotiate and finalize agreements
• Conduct due diligence and summarize findings
• Maintain company records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws
• Assist with entity formation and ongoing maintenance

Benefits
