Senior Paralegal

Tricon is seeking a motivated Senior Paralegal to support real estate and commercial contracting matters. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Legal & Compliance Department to provide best-in-class housing to residents.

Requirements

• Manage real estate matters and disputes
• Support disposition transactions
• Review and revise easement agreements and HOA governance documents
• Support commercial contract negotiation and life-cycle management
• Use matter and contract management tools to track all matters
