Paralegal

Role Overview

The Paralegal supports high-volume residential real estate transactions from contract through closing, reviewing title and HOA documents, and ensuring properties are delivered with clean, insurable title.

What You Will Do

Coordinate with attorneys, title/escrow companies, and brokers to ensure smooth transactions, review title commitments, exceptions, and recorded documents, and drive resolution of liens, defects, and other closing blockers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate transactions
• Paralegal certificate
• Active Notary Public
• Experience reviewing ALTA surveys
• Exposure to contract review and light drafting
