Job Description
Paralegal will work closely with General Counsel, Finance team, and Asset Management team, assisting in various legal and real estate tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of general full-time work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time paralegal experience from the transactional department
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (both written and verbally) within all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors, and other outside parties
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Must be a team player
