Job Description
The Paralegal will provide legal support to the Senior Vice President, Regional General Counsel, and assist with various real estate related matters, including drafting and negotiating documents, responding to tenant requests, and assisting with acquisitions and dispositions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited university preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a paralegal position
- 2 years of progressively responsible, related and relevant experience in the real estate industry
