Paralegal

BH Properties is seeking a Paralegal to work closely with the General Counsel, Finance team, and Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will provide virtual support from the Philippines and assist with various legal and leasing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
• Minimum of 3 years of general full-time work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time paralegal experience from the transactional department of an international US firm
• Strong organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Must possess a strong work ethic
• Must be a team player
• Yardi experience a plus
