Real Estate Paralegal

As the Real Estate Paralegal, you will work with the Legal, Land, and Development Teams to support land acquisition and title efforts, with a focus on real property transactions, title review, and curative efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in an in-house legal department or law firm with a heavy focus on real estate contracts.
• Interest in the renewable energy industry, prior experience preferred but not required.
• Tech savvy – ability to learn and operate at a high level in a variety of software applications.
• Experience drafting documents (e.g., notices, amendments, assignments, consents, waivers, etc.).
• Strong writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a flat organization, successfully leveraging the expertise of multiple colleagues in different lines of reporting.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
