Job Description
The Project Superintendent is a critical field leadership position overseeing construction projects and providing leadership to field foremen. The Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality completion of construction processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in healthcare, commercial, laboratory, aviation, education and/or parking structures construction
- Knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Experience directing and coordinating trades with self-perform concrete background preferred
- Experience working with Project Management team including successful completion of projects
