Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop a team in one of our convenience stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven retail or hospitality background, strong leadership skills, and commercial drive. The role involves managing a range of team sizes, prioritizing tasks, and implementing recommendations to increase sales. The salary is up to £23,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and bonus.
