Job Description
Do you want to be part of the fastest developing supermarket in the UK? Our client is one of the fastest growing Supermarkets in the World and has an incredible 700 Stores across the UK. They’re looking to increase this number to 1000 stores by 2022. As a Team Manager, you will help to develop a culture within the store that ensures the customer is at the heart of every decision, motivate the team to achieve maximum performance levels, and oversee product availability, maintaining stock levels as well as organising stock.
Requirements
- Strong level of customer service experience in hospitality, retail or leisure
- Ability to motivate positively and confidently
- Effective planning, time management and strong communication skills
- Previous experience working in an environment which is focused on pace and delivery is essential
- Ability to work in a volume high pace environment
Benefits
- Competitive salary: £18,000 to £23,000 per annum
