We are recruiting for a Bilingual Document Specialist to join our team in our Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary or Quebec City offices. As a Bilingual Document Specialist, you will be creating and formatting documents, correcting spelling and grammar errors, and providing firm-wide document support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in document management
- College certificate (office administration, legal specialization, or related)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of legal terminology, documents and procedures an asset
