The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing pricing strategies, advancing legal project management practices, and supporting the firm's commitment to service excellence and efficiency. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services organization, with at least 5 years of direct experience in client service innovation, pricing, and budgeting.
Requirements
- Completed post-secondary education in a related field. Advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA; CPA; LLB/JD, etc.).
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services organization, with at least 5 years of experience working directly in client service innovation, pricing and budgeting.
- Ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organization, across functional boundaries.
- Solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data mining).
- Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem-solving and interpersonal relationship building.
- Proven time management and organization skills (must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to follow-up on activities without delays and to work both autonomously and on teams.
- Solid computer knowledge including the Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel. Ability to use Internet research methods, and to keep up-to-date with changes in technology.
