McCarthy Tétrault is a Canadian law firm that offers a full suite of legal and business solutions to clients in Canada and around the world. We are recruiting for a Workday Analyst to join our team in our Calgary or Toronto office.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Workday configuration experience in one or more of the following workstreams: HCM, PATT (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking), Talent & Performance, Learning, Advanced & Core Compensation, Integrations, and Reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
- Working knowledge of people processes and best practices, and a passion for aligning technology solutions to business goals and user needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successfully navigating technical challenges and finding meaningful solutions that enhance our digital people experience
- Advanced Excel skills working with large data sets utilizing advanced formulas and functionality
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills and take the initiative for ongoing learning within Workday
- Demonstrates the qualities of a self-starter and the ability to take initiative to identify process improvements, manage issues, and resolve roadblocks independently
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well and collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent time management, project planning, and communication skills, both verbal & written
