We're seeking a polished professional with a proven track record of success in sales, finance, and customer satisfaction within a dealership Finance Office. RV dealership experience is a strong plus.
Requirements
- Drive additional dealership revenue by presenting and selling finance and insurance (F&I) programs to new and used RV customers.
- Manage all aspects of financing and insurance fees, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Present and sell extended service agreements, tire/wheel protection, GAP, credit life, accident & health insurance, and other F&I products.
- Accurately submit finance applications to secure lender approvals and competitive terms.
- Prepare and review all titles, taxes, liens, and related documents for accuracy.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers, ensuring quick funding and accurate recordkeeping.
- Partner with Sales Managers to maximize profit opportunities on every transaction.
- Provide training and incentives to sales staff on finance and insurance processes.
- Deliver clear and accurate monthly reports on finance penetration and profitability to leadership.
- Contribute to ongoing forecasting and goal-setting for sales and F&I performance.
