Job Description
Maintenance Engineer opportunity to join a team in Peterborough, UK, responsible for optimizing plant and equipment efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reducing carbon footprint.
Requirements
- Continuously assess company plant and equipment for efficiency and implement improvements
- Minimise downtime through scheduled, planned, or ad hoc maintenance
- Reduce carbon footprint through efficient resource utilisation
- Work safely, complying with health and safety regulations
- Manage small projects and assist with major projects
- Regularly carry out audits for compliance to AIB / EFSIS / GMP Standards
- Work with production and quality teams to improve operating practices
- Coordinate activities of outside engineers, contractors, and vendors
