Job Description
We're looking for a Director of Preconstruction to lead our teams and projects across multiple markets and teams. The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of experience in Estimating or Preconstruction, a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field, and a proven track record of training and leading associates.
Requirements
- Manage and develop relationships with design teams and clients
- Oversee preconstruction process and ensure project success
- Build relationships with clients, design partners, and project influencers
- Provide market and/or project team leadership
- Conduct market analysis
- Manage department costs and Profit/Loss
- Lead development and growth of business unit preconstruction team
