Superintendent

Superintendent oversees and leads field operations for medium to large scale projects, trains and mentors associates, and ensures work is performed within budget, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Basic knowledge of personal computer and e-mail applications.
• Proven ability to accurately schedule construction activities or projects.
• Demonstrated success in effectively managing safety on projects.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
