Job Description
This is a temporary, 6-month position created to provide coverage for our team, responsible for timely invoicing process and customer collections.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in invoicing
- 5 years of experience in collections
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Accounting degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, Coupa or other customer portals
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with month-end close and general ledger
- Previous system conversion experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to change in processes
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
