Job Description
Commercial Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of properties, performing grounds and landscaping maintenance, and assisting with turnovers and work orders.
Requirements
- Perform basic grounds and landscaping maintenance using power driven tools and equipment.
- Remove trash/debris from exterior common areas and parking lots.
- Assist with certain preventive maintenance needs, like gutter cleaning, condenser washing, parking lot striping.
