Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall appearance, maintenance, and repair of residential and/or commercial properties under management with McCullough Development, Inc. The role involves completing maintenance work orders, operating machinery and equipment, and performing minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Requirements
- Completion of high school/GED
- Two years related maintenance work experience
- Ability to use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely
- Thorough knowledge of proper safety techniques and procedures
