Associate Payroll Specialist

The Associate Payroll Specialist will utilize existing Payroll procedures to solve routine or standard problems and execute assigned end-to-end Payroll activities, including processing of payroll, employee and statutory payments, payroll-related accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements

• Execution of assigned end-to-end Payroll activities
• Administration of payroll-related activities
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Preparation of payroll-related reports and compliance documents
• Responding to employees' queries on payroll payments
• Payroll processing and verification of payroll calculations/payments
• Time data and pay period adjustments in the payroll system
• Preparation of monthly general ledger reconciliation and pay period adjustments
