Material Handler 3rd Shift

McDonald Plastic Molding is a custom injection molding company seeking a Material Handler to work 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year of related experience. Requirements

• Review job traveler to determine items to be transferred to and from production.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment with proper identification as directed.
• Operate forklift to move product as assigned.
• Label information on boxes or skids as directed.
• Loads and operates auxiliary equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Strategic planning for the growth and success of McDonald Plastic Molding.
• Participate in-group and individual training.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner while supporting and encouraging the company’s safety culture.
• Determine personal strengths and delegate workload that best fits each individual.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Perform all job duties with a positive, collaborative, and encouraging attitude.
