Setup Technician - 3rd Shift

Requirements

• Perform initial startup on new production runs
• Troubleshoot process issues and consult with tool designer and project engineers
• Document and record processes for all production runs
• Perform daily rounds and checks at each workstation
• Set mold and start jobs according to standard procedures
• Perform minor mold maintenance and repair
• Maintain good communications with Quality Control Department
• Follow established procedures for proper storage of molds and equipment
• Accurately complete all record keeping forms
• Perform other duties as required or directed by management
