Requirements
- Perform initial startup on new production runs
- Troubleshoot process issues and consult with tool designer and project engineers
- Document and record processes for all production runs
- Perform daily rounds and checks at each workstation
- Set mold and start jobs according to standard procedures
- Perform minor mold maintenance and repair
- Maintain good communications with Quality Control Department
- Follow established procedures for proper storage of molds and equipment
- Accurately complete all record keeping forms
- Perform other duties as required or directed by management
