Survey Crew Chief

McElhanney is seeking a highly skilled Survey Party Chief to join our Major Project team in the Edmonton Area. The successful candidate will primarily be working on major pipeline projects, as well as surveying other resource industry projects.

Requirements

• Liaise between Project Manager and client representative
• Field completion of various types of surveys focusing on the lifecycle of pipelines from planning, surveying, construction and maintenance
• Manage information flow from field to office and prepare clear, concise, and accurate field notes, records, and calculations
• Participate and contribute to McElhanney’s Heath, Safety and Environment (HSE) program
• Attend and participate in McElhanney’s monthly field safety meetings
• Act as McElhanney’s representative on site in maintaining client relationships, expectations, and reporting requirements based on the project needs
