Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience
• Active NMLS license(s) or eligibility for Temporary Authority to Operate
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships over the phone
• Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards
• Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines
• Strong personal management skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience
• Exceptional sales skills with a strong drive to achieve and excel
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
