Job Description
McFarland Johnson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Water Resources Engineer to join our firm in any of our New York or New England locations.
Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering with PE registration required.
- 10+ years of experience in water resources preferred, but exceptional candidates with 5+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong hydraulic modeling, stream restoration & fluvial geomorphology experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements is preferred, such as FEMA and floodplain management requirements, Clean Water Act, and NPDES.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
