We are seeking a strategic HR leader to design and lead the Talent & Culture strategy, accelerate growth, and build tomorrow's organization. The Director, Talent Acquisition will play a central role in doubling headcount, strengthening the employer brand, and achieving business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant HR/Talent experience, including at least 5 years in a team leadership role.
- Demonstrated achievements in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and scaling HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Analytical and results-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritize in a high-growth context.
- Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written.
