Administrative Manager

The Administrative Manager will oversee the administrative operations of the Department of Social Studies of Medicine and the Department of Equity, Ethics and Policy. The role will support both units in the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental initiatives, ensuring effective operations across finance, human resources, communications, academic administration, and departmental activities.

Requirements

• Administrative experience with a post-secondary institutional environment
• Knowledge of and experience in a public health organization or setting
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
