Project Officer role involves overseeing multi-site research activities, ensuring alignment of timelines, milestones, and deliverables across Québec regions, as well as providing expertise in data management and financial administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, project management, agriculture, environmental science, or related field
- Registration with Ordre des agronomes du Québec (OAQ)
- Experience in project management, research, or multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience managing grants or publicly funded projects
- Fluent in French and English (verbally and written)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with data management and reporting systems
- Financial administration and budget tracking knowledge
- Knowledge of research environments or agriculture/agroenvironmental sectors
- Strong communication and documentation skills
