Job Description
The Development Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Development Department, overseeing revenue generation, team performance, and development systems to ensure the successful implementation of the organization’s annual and long-term fundraising plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in fundraising and development
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Demonstrated success managing revenue goals and development teams
