Senior Projektmanager (m/w/d) Meetings, Events & Kongresse

As a senior project manager, you will plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international customers, including coordinating and managing service providers and resources, and developing new offers and formats. You will work in a hybrid environment, traveling approximately 15% of the time.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, and leading small teams
• Confident appearance in German and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in common MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team orientation, structured working method, advisory, negotiating, and problem-solving skills, and business-oriented thinking
