Asst Bakery Manager

McKeever's Price Chopper is seeking an experienced and motivated Asst Bakery Manager to lead their bakery department with excellence. The role involves overseeing daily operations, product presentation, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior experience in bakery or food production leadership required
• Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety standards, and recipe compliance
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively
• Customer-focused with a passion for food and service
• Willing to obtain a food handler permit (assistance provided by McKeever's)
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, bending, and repetitive motions
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
