Bakery Clerk

McKeever Price Chopper is looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as Bakery Clerks. In this role, you'll help prepare and display bakery products, assist customers with special orders, and keep our bakery department fresh, clean, and inviting.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to bakery-related inquiries
• Package, label, and stock fresh bakery items such as breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Rotate and face bakery merchandise to ensure freshness and eye appeal
• Assist with slicing, bagging, and displaying bread and other baked goods
• Take custom cake and bakery orders and communicate them clearly to decorators and bakers
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations
• Follow store and department policies for quality control and product presentation
• Support bakery team with setup, cleanup, and stocking as needed
