Supervisor - Patient Access

Responsible for day to day operations of the Patient Registration and Communication departments, including quality assurance audits, employee training, and scheduling staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of recent supervisory experience
• Experience with hospital or medical claims, registration or front office experience strongly preferred
• Experience in soft collections preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Micro-Soft Office, healthcare related programs and tools
• Working knowledge of various state and federal regulations related to healthcare industry
