The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic management, operations management, and government compliance, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
• 7+ years operational and leadership experience overseeing team operations
• 5+ years’ change management experience
• 4+ years’ experience managing managers and supervisors
• Ability to be on-call and work various hours
• Six Sigma certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
