McKesson is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager, Customer Insights to provide operational direction and leadership to a team of business intelligence analysts. The role involves implementing projects and initiatives that support analytics and insights for various topics related to Access & Adherence.
Requirements
- Provide oversight, training, project implementation, and work prioritization to a team of data analysts.
- Refine vague asks from stakeholders into clear hypotheses, criteria and objectives.
- Assess data quality throughout multiple databases and coordinate with IT and Data Engineering in the correction of source data or creation of translation sources.
- Apply proper analytic methods and quality checks to ensure high quality team outputs.
- Use Structured Query Language (SQL) to gather and assess data from the reporting database, transactional database, operational data store, and external systems.
- Authenticate and interpret data using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.
