Business Process Consultant (Revenue Cycle MGT)

McKesson is seeking a Business Process Consultant to play a pivotal role in the Revenue Cycle Operational Transformation. The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert and change agent within the organization, analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes, researching best practices, and recommending sustainable improvements.

Requirements

• Partner with Practice Operations and Revenue Cycle leadership, project champions, and process owners
• Facilitate complex meetings, presentations, and trainings with varied audiences
• Engage in onsite visits to locations across the United States
• Collaborate with corporate teams to drive innovation operational transformation
• Support system training initiatives and participate in curriculum development
• Develop and publish workflow documentation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to members of Regional Billing Offices, Practice Operations and Revenue Cycle Leaders
• Monitor and communicate the results of process improvement projects/initiatives
