Field Reimbursement Manager

The Field Reimbursement Manager is responsible for managing an assigned territory, supporting reimbursement and patient services, and educating offices on payer landscape and services. The role is client-facing and requires building relationships with physician offices and manufacturer representatives.

Requirements

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff
• Educate on benefit investigation, prior authorization process, and support center services
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing, and coding updates
• Responsible for setting up appointments and completing outbound calls to targeted offices
• Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives
• Research and compile provider/manufacturer representative specific information for reimbursement database
