We are seeking a collaborative and business-focused Lead, Digital & AI Strategy – Oncology & Multi-Specialty to help shape and advance our AI strategy across oncology and specialty care. This role will support identification and evaluation of AI opportunities, foster organizational understanding, and guide responsible exploration of AI's impact on clinical, operational, and patient-facing workflows.
Requirements
- Track and synthesize emerging AI trends, tools, and use cases relevant to oncology and multi-specialty care.
- Assess potential impact of AI on clinical, operational, and administrative functions and surface priority opportunities.
- Develop concise briefings, landscape summaries, and recommendations for senior and executive leaders.
- Coordinate the Oncology & Multi-Specialty AI Council, ensuring regular engagement from clinical, IT, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Support discussions on AI governance, risk, and alignment with organizational strategy; maintain action logs and follow through.
- Contribute to the evolution of an AI vision and guardrails that reflect organizational priorities and market developments.
- Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver practical education (101s, workshops, office hours) on AI concepts, risks, and opportunities.
- Serve as an internal resource who can connect teams to the right expertise, tools, and best practices for AI initiatives.
- Help build a culture of responsible AI use and literacy across clinical, operational, and business teams.
- Provide input and analysis to senior leadership on AI readiness, opportunity sizing, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with external vendors, health system partners, and industry groups to stay informed on pragmatic AI solutions.
- Support interpretation of AI-related policy, regulatory, and ethical considerations, escalating issues to appropriate experts.
