McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead night-shift warehouse teams in a fast-paced distribution environment. The supervisor will guide daily work activities, coach team members, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely operations that support patient care.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate night-shift warehouse activities to meet daily operational goals
• Lead, coach, and develop employees to support performance, engagement, and retention
• Train team members and provide ongoing feedback, documentation, and performance management
• Address operational issues, identify root causes, and escalate when needed
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Support labor planning, staffing, and overtime management to maintain service levels
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure housekeeping meets company standards
