The Salesforce Delivery Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end delivery across projects, enhancements, and application support.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end delivery across projects, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, quality, and budget
- Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to offshore/onshore vendors and contractor resources
- Track delivery performance, including risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Coordinate across project and support streams to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee application support (AD/AMS), ensuring system stability and SLA adherence
- Balance competing priorities across delivery and support demand
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery controls, and reporting requirements
- Provide clear status reporting and communicate delivery health to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities, and escalations
- Monitor vendor performance against SOW deliverables and service levels
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and scalability
