Sr. Systems Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Systems/ Windows Administrator with strong expertise in Azure, Hyper-V or Azure Stack HCI, and automation using PowerShell or Ansible to provide technical leadership in designing, implementing, and maintaining modern infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments.

Requirements

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Design and implement virtualization solutions using Hyper-V or Azure Stack HCI.
• Manage and support Azure infrastructure, including compute, networking, and storage services.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in migration projects from legacy systems to modern platforms (e.g., Win2k8 to Win2016/2019/2022).
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
