Job Description
We are seeking a Web Developer to join our team at McKesson, an impact-driven, Fortune 10 company that touches virtually every aspect of healthcare. As a Web Developer, you will analyze, design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain web applications supporting patient, provider, and manufacturer engagement workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, secure solutions and contribute to system improvements and platform modernization efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in web application development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, React, Node.js, and.NET
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience working with relational databases and data platforms, including Azure SQL, Snowflake, stored procedures, views, and scripts
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
- Proven ability to resolve a diverse range of complex technical problems using sound judgment within defined policies and practices
- Ability to work independently under limited direction
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-based, enterprise environment
