Job Description
McLane Global is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead their enterprise technology strategy, internal IT team, and key technology platforms supporting global operations. The role involves driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization, shaping the company’s technology roadmap, strengthening cybersecurity, and enhancing the digital infrastructure.
Requirements
- Lead and manage an internal IT team responsible for cybersecurity, electronic integrations, reporting, and application development.
- Oversee relationships with external technology partners including Dynamics 365 support vendors, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP).
- Collaborate closely with accounting, sales, logistics, warehouse, procurement, and production teams to ensure technology supports operational needs.
- Develop and execute a forward-looking IT strategy aligned with McLane Global's operational and growth objectives.
- Lead enterprise technology projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
