Job Description
The Echo Sonographer will maintain a professional image, exhibit excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers, and perform clinical examinations in accordance with Service Excellence Standards. The role involves performing TEE and TTE exams, access to scheduling systems, report generation, and image routing.
Requirements
- 2 years of job experience
- Ultrasound school completion with registry
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED from an accredited school
- BLS certification
- Must document at least 15 hours of echocardiography related CME over three years
- Credentialed in echocardiography
- Registered diagnostic cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography ARMDS
- Minimum of 15 hours of echocardiography related CME over three years
