Job Description
The role is for an Echocardiography Sonographer (PRN) performing adult echocardiograms, reports preliminary impressions, and performs various scans. This position is independent and works in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and procedural. Responsibilities include performing transthoracic, transesophageal, dobutamine, and stress exercises, and other diagnostic procedures.
Requirements
- Graduation of an echocardiography program
- Appropriate credential (RDCS, RCS, or CRCS) within one year of graduation
- BLS certification
- Ability to perform echocardiograms and reports
