Registered Nurse, NIGHTS, Med Surg, Clarendon

Registered Nurse position available at McLeod Health in Manning, SC, providing care to patients on the Med Surg unit. Requires valid RN license, active BLS certification, and additional unit-specific certifications. Full-time position with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule.

Requirements

• Assesses needs of patients as assigned based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination, and analysis of diagnostic data.
• Provides appropriate nursing interventions, consistent with the Plan of Care and standards of practice, incorporating the Physician’s prescribed medical plans of care.
• Conducts Hourly Rounds using service excellence standards.
