McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to oversee and manage high-volume statewide bankruptcy matters, expediting files and liaising with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Provide oversight and management of high-volume statewide bankruptcy matters.
- Act as a liaison between the firm and clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel.
- Conduct Chapter 13 Plan Reviews, prepare Motions for Relief from the Automatic Stay, and various pleadings associated with the representation of secured creditors in bankruptcy matters.
