Judicial Foreclosure Team Lead

McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Judicial Foreclosure division in South Carolina to oversee a portfolio of delinquent, court-ordered foreclosure files and direct a team to ensure compliance with state laws and investor guidelines.

Requirements

• Manage judicial foreclosure proceedings, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines.
• Supervise a team of processors, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to improve performance and ensure adherence to internal SLAs.
• Act as a liaison with outside counsel to move files, update legal documents, and prepare for court hearings.
• Ensure timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
• Review foreclosure documents for accuracy, such as affidavits, judgments, and deeds.
• Monitor portfolios to prevent delays, mitigate financial risk, and maximize recovery rates.
• Generate reports, such as client scorecards and daily production reports.
